Positioned an order many weeks ago for Holiday. I continued-point to test my purchase and notice I'd section of my handle wrong. I've attempted to get hold of the organization to fix the handle. The amount they provide for customer care simply rings and bands. They stated you are able to contact them twenty four hours via mail but there's no current email address found.
At this time I no further am thinking about the merchandise and want to stop but obviously can't contact anybody. When they cost my charge card I don't get the item then I'll will have togo through the problem of getting the cost eliminated.
