Cor-o-van Movers North American Van Lines bid owed raised price after got merchandise deceptive company ripped off and scammed

My furniture was picked up in SD on 2/17. When the adjuster came to my house he was informed their was no hurry i had pd for the entire month and couldnt move in till 2/28. He stated no problem. He scheduled pickup on 2/17. On 2/17 movers picked up merchandise. The bill of lading stated 2/23-3/5.

I informed the driver that this was not acceptable i couldnt take till 2/28 or after. He did not speak english well and shook his head and sad no problem. I droce to LA when i arrived i got the exact address of my new place.

I then called 7-10 days before delivery and gave address and again informed deliver after 28th. I was told no problem again. On 2/26 i rec;d call from driver who sd he would be their on the 27th.

I again told him cant take till 28th he sd would look into and take care of. On the 27th received call from customer service saying driver trying to reach me he is trying to deliver merch today. For the 5th time i told them no delivery 27th. Has to be 28th. They sd ok. Driver shows up at house on 27th cant get in.

I then receive call that they are taking my merch to local agent and i would be billed $350 more. I state should not have to pay for their screwup. When local agent called amt went to $1488 for 1 day on their screwup.

When I told local agent unfair he sd fine wont deliver merchandise and u will be charged daily storage fee. I called everyone including northamerican vanlines home office no one would help.

So i had to pay add;t 1488 for their screwup. Now that merch has been delivered 1 tv is missing, microwave dented, oak tv trays damaged and all i get is excuses on why it is my fault. They screwed up and i had to pay the bill
