Quality Movers, And AAA Relocation Systems deceptive company, ripoff thieves, tricked and lied to us, fraud business

I have been trying to get results from this company for a yr and 4 months with no satisfaction. I called the company to see how much it would be to move my things from St Petersburg Fl, to Payson Az. I was told it would be $796.00 and no more. I agreed.

I paid $400.00 before they took my stuff and was to pay the balance when my things were delivered. 1 week later, my things came at 3:30am and when I went to meet up with them, they were already gone. My things went to other areas of deliveries and were delivered on the way back to Florida.

Once again, they were gone, but they left my things in a storage room under THEIR name and a new bill of $1,000.00 and storage room fees to be paid by me before they would release my things.

I borrowed the money, paid them with money orders, and went to get my things from storage expecting all to be there. When I opened the storage room door, things had been tossed in, boxes had been opened, (the company sealed them as I and my room mate watched from beginning to end), my computer was on the bottom of this stack of thrown in things stacked to the ceiling.

We received things that were not ours, things that were broken, damaged, fragile marked boxes were in the middle of this pile, a washer and dryer that were destroyed, entertainment center that was destroyed, we received a wheel from a bed frame that we didnt get, and my list goes on and on. According to the papers I have, there were 55 boxes and my son and I only recieved 21 boxes.

I called the company only to be told that I should not have taken things from my storage room, and they are blaming me for the damages. I sent them receipts, pictures of damages, called several times, and all we got was hung up on. My son and I have lost over $10,000.00 worth of electronic things that he and I had bought and some that were gifts for going away. All was lost, as well as our clothes.

We had assumed that everything would arrive safely so we only brought a weeks worth of clothes with us. I have not given up hope that I will be reimbursed for the damages and my expense I had to pay them for a lousy job.

I have all my receipts, money orders, letters from witnesses, pictures, and I still have the washer and dryer they destroyed. They were only 1yr old.

My next step is to send a letter to the american movers conference in alexandria va. I will also be calling channel 10 (I did write to them and need to correct something) and let them know just what kind of company these are.

They are known as Quality Movers, aka Shalom Moving and storage aka AAA Relocation Systems.

I would like to be reimbursed, have them arrested for interstate theft, fraud, breaking and entering, malicias contracting billing practices, scamming, damages, malicious damages of and theft of property, fraudulant scheming, and anything else I can charge them with, and intent, larceny, and I 'm sure we can come up with more.

Because I moved my stuff from storage to home with my son, they are blaming me for the damages and for the moving of the things. I even asked them what was I suppose to do, call them and have them come from Florida to Arizona and have THEM move it to my house? I already spent all the money I had because they wanted more, and I didn't have a job to repleninsh any money for me.

Please help or tell me who else may be able to help. I have stayed in contact with this company only to be hung up on or letters not answered. Respond using the rebuttle to contact me! Thank you for any help you may offer.

I have proof of things every box was clearly marked on ALL sides and a phone number for the final destination. They can't say they didnt know where it was to go. The things have not to this date ever shown up or any calls to me were never made by the company.
