Phone Scam - internet fax service - unauthorized charge

Scam, Scam, Scam!!!

This company called and supposedly got permission to charge this to our phone account. Unfortunately the switchboard operator they spoke with is not an approved person to give such permission.

Can you say scam? I followed up with the switchboard op and she remembers specifically telling the person no, she couldn't approve this and to hold while she transferred the call to someone who could.

How do these people sleep at night?

They did cancel the order and are supposed to be crediting the $49.95 charge. I'll keep an eye out for that.
