Item was requested 12/22/09. Product was positioned on Store for EIGHT TIMES to confirm target. They never worried once to phone or mail. I named the corporation 12/31/08 anticipating atleast sufficient customer support. I had been hung-up about the very first time. Subsequently transferred to somebody who might hardly speak English. Their only objective was to obtain me off the telephone. I wound up canceling my purchase. Do yourself a benefit and purchase from the reliable organization. It'snot worth preserving several bucks for this additional trouble.
