Fraud

1. Without discussing with me, the company charged $500 extra for packing materials. When I asked them why I was charged for this, they said it's because they gave me a low price quote to begin with, and they have to charge me more to compensate. This is fraud.

2. The packing job was very poor (Their own staff constantly complained so during unloading.) with multiple damages and furniture missing - including our queen-size box spring, shocking how that's lost.

3. During loading, the mover put a big hole in my wall and refused to pay for repair.
