Bad service

Same account as "senorpickle" - they stated the guide was in-stock, and delivered on 12/23/08. First they cited 1-2 weeks for shipping, then 4-14 business days (thatis 3 weeks), today they truly are displaying 21 business days (thatis nearly 5 weeks). I do not have it however, and also the course I require it for is just an 8-week course and that Iam nearly completed using the 2nd week (scholar-degree). They wont answer an email or supply shipping specifics and so I may monitor it, except to express that it went "regular delivery." That may suggest something. I'm like I Have been lure-and-started up the shipping time period. I'll inform American Express and also the Better Business Office, and let them know that I believe fraud. Please don't conduct business with this specific organization!!!
