After signing up for them to sell my timeshare, they took my money, and are unable to contact them about anything

After seeing a commercial on TV about turning your time share into cash, I call them to start the process. They made it sound very fool proof and a money back guarentee.

So I agreed to pay them $995.00, then they sent me the contract by e-mail to sign and send back, but I couldn't return it by e-mail so they sent it to me by mail.

After signing it I faxed it back to them and recieved one last phone call to confirm everything was in order and that is the last time I've heard from them.

This all started 11/5/08, and as of 1/20/09 I am unable to get a response from this company by phone or fax.

This guy ken said he had about ten people interested in my proprety here on cape cod, ma. So I agreed for him to advertise it for the fee of $995.00.

As of 1/20/09 I have not recieve one offer on my property, then come to find out the realy trade company is a ripo off scheme.
