Bad service

I simply purchased a Hofner Image Bass in the mail-order division of 8th Street Music in Philadelphia. The knowledge was ideal. I requested the bass online on the Sunday morning. A worker named me on Friday to verify my payment info and reply a problem I'd sent ("may be the product in-stock?" - it had been). They delivered it advantages that day and that I obtained it 24 hours later. Completely new - double-boxed - as explained. The deal couldn't have already been greater. Cheers 8th Avenue!
