Ripoff, charged credit card without authorization

My wife went on line to get a free credit report only to have $79.95 charged to my credit card last year. I called a raised cain about it but didn't get my money back.
On Feb. 24 I checked my bank statement, only to find out that I had been ripped off again by these people. I immediately called and talked to them and they assured me that the money would be refunded in five days, of course it wasn't, at which time I called them again and got a run around.

I've turned it over to my bank and I will get my money back but I want somebody's rear end this time. I also am going to join the class action lawsuit I saw mentioned earlier. This is nothing short of interstate fraud.
