Working Man Signs/Working Man Advertising
JOB SEEKER NIGHTMARE fraud, scam, lied, steal, persuade, cheat, bribe, sneak, catch you off guard

Shops, Products, Services

As many of us in America are currently searching for new jobs there are people out there looking to take advantage of the situation. My simple warning is beware of people like Gregory Stewart and his "company" Working Man Signs/Working Man Advertising Corp.

I recently lost my job due to downsizing and was taken aback when I was instantly offered a position with this what appeared to be wonderful company. They are located on the 4th floor of a nice building in Buckhead. The initial interview was brief, lasting only 5 minutes. I was told "we like you" "you got IT". Blah blah blah. I went home and waited for the anticipated hiring call at a wonderfully professional 6: oo pm at night. I was told that I was one of 8 lucky people who were chosen to work with them!

What I thought was nice employees and friendly atmosphere was not at all. I was eager to begin and scheduled my 2nd interview and paper signing day for the day after my hiring and that great late night phone call to tell me CONGRATULATIONS you are hired. I arrived 15 minutes early to my interview.

I waited for nearly an hour. I was finally called back and met with the owner, Gregory Stewart. It was great at first until he opened his mouth. All of a sudden the GUARANTEED salary was not so guaranteed any more. All of a sudden it is commission and based on the total amount of deals you close in a week. OH and I was supposed to pay $20.00 to them for my training materials which he proceeded to tell me would cost him $100 and I was getting a great deal.

Well I caught on! Haha. I put the pen down and began to ask questions. He got frustrated. He ripped up my documents, right infront of me! He threw them in the waste basket and proceeds to tell me, "I really thought that you were a good sales person. You fooled me. I was wrong". Haha. I was flabbergasted. I stayed calm and stared at him as he got madder and madder at me. Quit funny I may add. Finally he said here is my card, if you decide this is for you call me.

The saddest part is, I was told I was one of 8 people chosen. I know by looking at the STACKS of applications and checks that I was one of 500 applicants chosen. They lied to me in more than one way! Here is a copy of the initial job ad they posted! The title is funny, $500.00 a week GUARANTEE... Read below!
