The Certified Watch Store is a certified RIP OFF. Beware!!! Over a month ago I ordered a watch. I recieved an email saying it was delayed. 5 calls later and the New York run-around, I had to cancel the order. The head of Customer No Service is Eric. After calling and asking to speak to a supervisor, we were given the run around and then Eric hung up on me. Sadly, I was told each time Oh, we just got a shipment in and your watch will be sent out. If you are looking for a bad customer experience and want to get ripped off in a New York minute, then be sure to order from The Certified Watch Store.
