The worst place to live, not renter friendly! Renter beware_viscous blacklick, ohio

The owner has to be a cold, selfish, greedy mug! The place is small (High Rent with no Perks), management is lousy (act snobby, rude, as if they are above you)!!! They charge a $200.00 late fee if you pay past the 10th! The owners ignore you when you have a problem, the don't call back, they don't follow up. I moved to Columbus, Ohio over a year or so ago and in my life this is the worst place I have ever lived! When you come home, there should be some sense of comfort, even if you are just renting; not here! Several people have complained about their apartments needing work, they either do work that is entry level or don't fix the problem at all. There is no playground or place for children to play. They allow the geese in the summer to defecate in the pool, which is highly unsanitary. The stress is unsurmountable and the list goes on... Don't just settle, there are better places out there! DON'T even CONSIDER Moving here!!! (Especially with economic times like they are).
