While i rented an apt from this park manager there were issues already in place. The structure was not up to code (the floor was sinking in spot's) the electrical was not up to code and out of date. The insulation was in bad condition alway's hot during the summer even with the ac on and cold during the winter. The monthly rent was to high in my opinion and if you needed a repair the manager wanted the rent caught up and kept that way. There are renter's laws in place just for issues like these... You weren't allowed to have more than 2 cars the assigned parking lot. No real security and the speed limit wasn't enforced.
