Home Improvement fiasco - never happened

I purchased 106 sq. Ft of white spring granite and had it held at their facility in Macomb Township until I retired in February. I just heard about the going belly up in an article in the Macomb Daily. I also received a letter from the
liquidation attorneys and have sent a certified letter return receip requested
to the company knowing full well that it will be sent back to me, just in case i need it for tax reasons. I would also like to join into a class action suit.
