Charged credit card without authorization

My credit card was charged $18 on 12/22. This is for 2-year membership, default choice is 1-year for $12.
I browsed their website for online greeting cards, entered credit card info but changed my mind & left the page before completing transaction. Never authorized it by clicking confirm button. Never received any confirmation & never used any of their cards. Charge went through anyway.
They have no phone number; Sent 2 emails to inquire, never got a reply.
