Charged double with no refund

Sent me a renewal notice in December and I renewed. Then also charged a different credit card that they had on file. I sent a complaint to their contact line and received a canned reply that I would get a credit or extension of my subscription. Neither has happened so I got ripped-off. Don't use this e-card service!
