Very threatening and demeaning

This company calls on behalf of AT&T Wireless in order to collect a debt. I originally set up payments, however I was able to pay more money in which I called them to pay more.

The company left me alone for about a month after receiving a large amount. The balance was not due until February. They started calling me about two weeks ago, as I explained I did no have a job and that I would be able to pay them the balance or at least half on the 16th of January.

The man, Darren started laughing and said that was not his problem. I still had to come up with the $417 and that he was not going to work with me. I asked to be transferred to his supervisor and he refused.
