Crystal Call harrassment at work for debt correction without any evidence

Business & Finance

Ms. Crystal from FAMS (financial asset management system inc) has been calling me for student loan debt collection at work.
I recognize some debt to United State department education in approx. 22years ago.
But the principal balance has been incorrect, so I claimed to USDE to be corrected or show some document to prove how much I owe to USDE but no answer for last over 20years. Nobody send me anything to my home address, I do not know the FAMS before until FAMS called me my work...

On June 16 Crystal called me my work and asking for repayment, I told her I will pay the debt balance but she has to show me the document she can prove my debt. She kept asking me about my credit card no. And pay now or orgarnish my salary and threaten me for payment.

So, I am trying to get the original debt balance and if I can confirm, I am planning to pay my student loan in outstanding balance.
I do not know this FAMS, hope they will stop calling me my work...
I am trying to get my legal adviser for this harassment calls...
