Don't buy from this place. Aka Intelspy.com I bought a DVR PCI card & delivered it 2nd day atmosphere. It came having a small Disc which was empty. Required another, rush. It came 4 nights later & the crucial instuctions & files were unreadable. Talked online using their assistance, these were rude & not inspired to assist me. They created numerous guarantees to obtain the Documents I required but never got through. I acquired a contact from assistance lastly, who delivered me documents in Japanese. After I responded that I want english they stated they do not ask them to in Language! Exactly what a run-around. I eventually discovered boards where individuals had comparable problems and that I did obtain the documents I required, no because of them. They've no site to obtain individuals or documents possibly! I'll never by from their website again.intelspy is Raidentech. The Assistance emails originated from Raidentech.com. After taking a look at Raidentech.com I noticed my product for $10 less as well! Used to do not really bother calling them. Lesson learned!
