Poor customer service

Bought a PC from their website. Requested a 450W power with situation, obtained a 400W power suppy. Was informed by Vladimir that it had been a 450 as though I really could not start the computer and find out for myself. First power went, couldn't achieve them, went out and purchased one by myself. Today motherboard went. Have obtained "no reaction" from their website. None of the figures I've is likely to be solved. Computer is in at this time in a diverse shop obtaining a new motherboard inside it. I thought it had been secure to buy from their store for I stay around. 45 minutes away. Imagine length has nothing related to it. Don't understand what to complete except alert others. Aside from any title each goes by, I've not discovered them to remain behind their items or support the things they develop.
