Did not deliver number of grafts in hair transplant and most of grafts have only one hair, not three hairs that I paid for, Encino

The following is my letter to Surfside Medical Hairloss Centers.

I have paid you total $4,450.00 for my hair transplantation. $4,450.00 break down is that $4,250.00 is for 7,000 hair transplant and $200.00 for treatment products. You told me 1 graft equates 3 hairs, so 7,000 hairs translate 2,333 grafts. This comes out 60.72 cents per hair.
So, according to your calculation, you were supposed to transplant 2,333 grafts as shown on the paper work, but you have transplanted only 1,108 grafts. For curiosity sake, I asked one of hair transplant services how many grafts were transplanted on my head. They estimated about 800 grafts transplanted without any knowledge of how many grafts for transplant supposed to be. I'm also shocked and disappointed that I still have a considerable bald area.
Attached is just 1 of 3 pictures among numerous pictures I've taken, with my transplant area showing grafts with hairs 2 of 3 and 3 of 3 pictures will follow in next two emails due to size limit.
The total number of transplanted grafts that have 2 hairs per graft are 43. The total number of transplanted grafts that have 3 hairs per graft are 21 and rest of transplanted grafts: 1,044 have 1 hair per graft. This comes out total hair transplanted is 1107.
1,107 hairs x 60.72 cents per hair = 673.00 which should be charged.
Therefore I'm requesting you give me refund for the undelivered service and overcharged amounts.
4,250.00 paid 673.00 should be charged = 3,577.00 should be refund amounts.
Hope you will give me prompt refund, so that I don't have to take next steps.
