Charge to my bank card w/o authorization

I went online to discountbooks.com to order a book, upon checking out I was charged a membership fee to bank card. I have a blackberry, so of course their email came to me and I could respond very quickly to this issue. I called the company the very next day and was treated very rudely by their so called reps and when I asked for a phsysical address they hung up on me.

Well, I am not one to mess with so I called back and with some not so nice words, I insisted that they give me a physical address and I was able to get one and I hope having an address on here will help everyone else who has had the misfortune to deal with this worthless fraudulent so called company.
