Tried to Renig on Contract

I entered into a 12 month contract with this company for natural gas at $. 99 per CCF. Without any justification, 8 months into the contract period they told me that my contract would expire in 6 weeks and that my rate would go up 20%. I called them and they admitted there was a problem, and said they would take care of it and get back to me. They did neither.

Two months later I received a bill from my natural gas delivery service for the 20% higher rate. I filed a complaint with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, at which point I received a call from Commerce Energy promising that they would send me a check for the overcharge which I would receive in 2 weeks.

It has now been a month and I still have not received the check. I have since received another bill from my natural gas delivery service demanding that I pay the overcharge.
