Rebate Check not in the mail

On 2/13 I submitted my rebate form to Buycomcast. They stated that i will receive my rebate between 16-18 weeks. As of date i still haven't received my rebate for $275. Everytime i call they tell me that they are trying to locate my confirmation number and also that they will send me my rebate by the end of the month. It is going on a year and today; i still haven't received my rebate check. I keep hearing the same old story everytime i call; that they will send it at the end of the month to no avail. Resolution Sought
I want my rebate check and stop giving me the run around.

I have waited the 7 to 10 business days and as of today, i still haven't received my rebate check for the above company. To whom it may concern In reference to the complaint ID 55052330 placed by customer on 11/24. Customer states they have waited the 7 to 10 business days and did not receive the rebates. We did further research into customer's account and received notification that the 2 rebate checks that were mailed to the customer, were returned due to an invalid mailing address. The address we have on file is 22 storms ave Jersey city NJ 07306. We contacted Ms. Ramos and she had moved, her new address is 2274 Grand Concourse Bronx NY 10457. We will expedite the customers rebate, please allow about 3 weeks to receive. Again thank you so much for your patience and understanding Sujey
