Bad Idea to board your dog

My fiance and I had planned a trip to NYC for New Years, we thought we could board the dog with a place that knew what they were doing. How very wrong we were. I wont go into detail right now, I will file another report for people to read when we reach the conclusion of all this hitting the fan. To make a long story short, our beloved puppy, Akasha, came back to us injured, and covered in fecies and urine.

We took her to the vet, (after this woman tried to take her from us) and they told us she was absolutely NOT mal-nourished. Wendy is not a vet, far from it, and I was told at the vet clinic about another incident of a female who was moving and boarded her dog for a month, paid and everything, and Wendy there tried to say she abandoned her dog, and wanted to take her dog from her as well. I'll make sure to give more info after Wendy and I have talked. I can't wait for the phone call, and neither can my lawyer.
