Mr. Gordea (Garcia) signed a contract with my elderly parents to fix their roof and back porch of their home. He received half the payment to purchase materials and start the work over 3 months ago.

Mr. Gordea (Garcia) showed up only a few times to work on the roof and never completed the job (maybe les than a 1/4 of the job was done) and was done incorrectly. He states he hurt his back working on another job. My parents called and went to Mr. Gordea's (Garcia's) home and requested the materials back so they could find someone else to finish the work. Mr. Gordea (Garcia) said he would send someone else over to do the work and no one ever showed up.

My parents also asked for the receipts for items purchased and he could not produce them either.

The last week of December my parents hired someone else to come out and give then an estimate and do the work. The job was completed in less than a week and done correctly.

Beware of this person and his fraud.
