Complete hitlers!

I contacted Christian Debt consolidators on 12/29/08 and spoke to a representative named Chris Heidkamp about possibly consolidating my credit cards into one payments - He was friendly and nice, and emailed me forms and asked me to send them back if it was something i wanted to go forward with. After checking out many websites (including the BBB) and usacomplaints.com - i decided that because of their low customer satisfaction rate, and the possibility that they could be a scam - i decided to seek services else where.

On 1/6/09 I was contacted saying that they were going to deduct funds from my checking account (they claimed on 12/29 they needed these numbers to pay my bills more efficiently) regardless if i wanted them to or not. I said that it was unnecessary and i was seeking services from another company. The rep (unnamed) then claimed that i already said it was okay for them to do so and i couldn't reverse this statement as they had it taped. He then said that he was going to post the phrase "M is a flaming homosexual" on websites after i told him of the complaints on usacomplaints.com - I then said that this was illegal to do so, as these are forms of libel and slander and could hurt my public image (i have taken many 1st amendment law classes and know what is and is not legal when dealing with my image) - he then said well aren't you a Christian? And i said yes, but God loves everyone, and he said not homosexuals you B*TCH.

I then sent a fax on 1/6/09 to them at the number, 1-954-426-6347 saying:

"Attention: Christian Debt Consolidators, (herein referred to as "CDC"),

M wishes her records to be terminated by CDC and for them to NOT deduct funds from her account for services rendered VIA phone conversation with Chris Heidkamp on 12/29/08.

M would also wish to have her credit information on CDC's file to be terminated - as CDC's services are no longer welcome or necessary.

She also wishes to never be contacted by CDC or their subsidiaries for future services.

I believe because of this companies Hitlerlike views and threatening they need to have their license to perform business in the state of Florida suspended. Not only am I disturbed that they are claiming to be a legitimate business - but they are making fun of people's sexuality and unwilling to help others if they do not believe in their Christian extremist views.
