BEWARE!"Visions of Life" Ripping Off Pregnant Woman!

Beware!!! I spent $200.00 at visions of life 3d sonogram. I got what they called a platinum package.

This is what they say you will recieve:

Platinum Plus - $197

*30 minute 2D, 3D/4D session with a credentialed sonographer (ONLY GOT 10MIN AND THE MACHINE THEY USE IS NOT NEARLY AS CLEAR AS MY DR'S!!!)

*6-8 black and white glossy photos (DIDNT GIVE ME ANY PHOTOS, NONE!!!)

*2 - 3D color glossy photos (NONE)

*gender identification (upon request) (they told me it was a girl, they were wrong!!! Its a boy!!! That has cost me a fortune trying to get rid of everything we got for a girl, a lot couldnt be returned... So, im stuck!!!)

*High resolution CD-ROM containing digital images (HAS ONLY TWO PICTURES YOU CAN SEE AND THEY SAY " ITS A GIRL " ON THEM, CANT DO MUCH WITH THEM!)

*Live DVD video of the ultrasound session set to music (YEP, 10 MIN. OF ITS A GIRL! Not 30min! LIKE I PAID FOR!)

*See your baby at 2 stages of development. Receive a return session with same pregnancy. (Optional Live DVD video for $20 at the time of the next appointment) (DIDNT GET THIS EITHER!)

When i called the owner and told her what happened she yelled at me and told me not to come back for my last ultrasound and i could take her to court if i wanted my money back!!! She said shes been sued before, and it was no big deal to her and we probably couldnt afford to file the papers!

I filed a complaint with the bbb and she then said she would give us $50 back only if we dropped off the cd and dvd that said it was a girl!

Didnt seem fair to pay $150.00 and get nothing for it, so we declined and she yelled again, i was at least smart enough to tape her so i have her going crazy on the phone yelling at me... Not the type of person who should be dealing with pregnant woman who are emotional enough without some crazy woman yelling at them!
