Famousfashions.com No reply after pais the item for more than 10 days until I filed the dispute

After I paid the item, my order status remained as processing for more than 10 days. Since they don't provide the telephone number to contact, I sent emails 3 times, but nothing from the store. I tried to cancel my order since I was worry that they might not send my item, but the status said "This item is already shipped or in final stage." and I was not able to cancel the item. I finally decided to open the dispute with my credir card company. After my filing, they immedicately sent me email saying " My order has been shipped." I use internet to puchase many items, but no cutomer services like this makes me wonder about the company. I will not do business with them again, and I am not sure if their item will arrive here or not at this point. Very dissapointed.
