Beware this "dj"! I am currently in the midst of small claims action against Jeffrey Heart for non-payment of services rendered. I was contracted by Mr. "Heart" (Haber) to supply guitar music for a beach-front wedding in Sea Girt, NJ in which I did on short notice and at a discounted price, just to help someone in a bind. My thanks was to be swindled out of payment for my services. Numerous phone calls and emails were met with either no response, nasty surrogates, or lies and empty promises about forthcoming payment.

In my 30-plus years as a respected, professional entertainer, I have never had to resort to legal action until dealing with Jeffrey Heart.

BEWARE! He has also set up layers of deceptive aliases and phony contact info, obviously an effort to make it difficult to obtain the correct information for pursuing debts or taking legal action.
