Beware! Please read the fine print

This message is for anyone considering switching to DATAVO, herein after called DataRob. (I can not give specifics since I am still trying to find a solution to my problem, and I don't want to shoot myself in the foot.)

I was tired of the bad customer service I was receiving from my past service provider, so when a sales rep aproached me and informed me how fantastic DataRob was, I did not hesitate to order new service with them, I signed up (Unfortunatelly).

I have yet to enjoy their promissed service, but I already received a collection for a COUPLE OF THOUSAND dollars, lets say between $6,000 to $9,000, (use your imagination).

My message to anyone considering this company, READ THE FINE PRINT, specially the early termination clause. DO NOT fall for the money back guarantee.

You will end up paying as follows: Montlhy Fee X Contract Term X 50% (In my case: TOUSANDS OF DOLLARS

They promise good service, they do not deliver. If you want to terminate them because of lack of service you can't because you can not afford the early termination fee. DO NOT do business with them. If you need to switch, Do your homework, unfortunately, I did not do my homework, after I google this company for the first time to my surprise I was directed to this website!!!

And my message to this website: Thanks for letting me post this info, I whish it is helpfull to small business owners like myself avoid this problem.
