Ms orrin purchased a puppy on a payment plan but never came through with any payment. Three or four months later when we try contacting her she tells us that she will give us a puppy only to back out of that when the puppies arrive.

A couple days later shes saying that there is something wrong with the dog and shes not giving anything to us because shes had to pay all these vet bills. The problem is she will not send any of the vet bills to prove that there was any problem. Not to mention that she cut all ties of communication. During all this she has either spoken verbally or communicated in written form over the internet in a not so professional manner. I will leave it at that.

I am a small town man that grew up on the belief that if you treat people how you expect to be treated you gain alot of ground and you make more friends. If the dog was sick we are obligated to help out the new owner the best we can but we cant for one because we have no info and second she hasnt paid us so she hasnt fullfilled her obligation.
