Fraudalent and criminal business practices IKp PrivacyMatters

On Dec 31 New Years Eve I was looking at my online bank statement and noticed a charge for $19.95 that in the description showed IK*9 Privacy Matters 800-436-0817. Of course wondering what this is, which I had no idea of. So I called and a actual live person answered my phone call. I quickly told the person that I never ordered their service and I was upset that somehow they obtained my banking debit card number without my knowledge or consent. I even asked them to provide for me any documentation to me signing or registering for their service.

To no surprise they could not, becuase basically they are fraudulently obtaining peoples personal information and then charging it in hopes that the normal consumer misses it on their bank statement. I recently subscribed to classmates.com which I cannot prove but only from other peoples blogs online and stories of this same company have said that they sell away your personal inforamtion to companies and they use they excuse of that you probably signed something and missed what you where signing up for. One word for that "BULL". Privacy Matters is doing criminal activity under a legit facade as acting of a business.

When I aske for my money back and asked them asertively that they are a fraud they very quickly said that in 2 business days I will see the reverse charge of $19.95 back to my bank account. They did apologize and from the sound of the employee on the phone they get this all the time and have a programed responce to callers like myself. It's funny when I called it's like they already knew what I was asking for because they asked for my email address so that they could send me my cancellation notice within 2 minutes of my call I was sent this email from them.

This company needs to be stopped and I wish there would be a lawyer that could take a class action lawsuit against them. Somehow I feel that companies and I'm being nice by calling them a company find loopholes where it makes them hard to prosecute. I hope that this is not the case.in the next few days I will see if my $19.95 is refunded and I'm quickly calling my bank for them to order me a new bank card. Privacy Matters that name in it's self is a complete joke, it is anything but privacy they bring. They should be called we will Invade your privacy and steel your money straight out from your bank account and you will never know how this happened.
