Stupid.com - Gary Apple Terrible customer service Orders not completed

I purchased several items 12/4/08 expecting them to arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. The company is located in NY and I am 4hours away in MD but nothing had arrived by 12/12/08. I wrote an email asking about the status of my items to which I received a reply saying it had been shipped on the 10th (still 6 days after I paid for it which is a little ridiculous IMO). I wrote another inquiring email on 12/17/08 to which I received no reply. I emailed again on 12/19/08, this time asking for a refund as it was clear I would not be receiving my items in time for Christmas-if at all. Still no reply. Christmas came and went with nothing. No reply, no merchandise, nothing. The fact that this company doesn't even have the common courtesy of replying to a paying customer shows the true nature of business they are conducting. I would advise against ever ordering from this company.
