Sceduled for install 12/22 no kitchen for holidays

Purchased in ofallon mo. 11/22/08 everything was fine 11/25 came to measure was called with install date on 12/22/08. On 12/21 due to no call for install time my husband drove down sign on door closed for the holidays. 12/22/08 no show called every number mailboxes were full.

On 12/23 my husband went again now sign says out of business. So we have been without a kitchen 10 days. My son drove by on the 28th sign on door if your name is on this list you will be contacted with install date. Still no call.

I can't believe how many people are in the same boat we are. This company did not care how many customers that they have left hanging with no kitchen and start the process again. Glad we paid with discover. They give them 30days to respond. If anyone does get installed let me know
