Cancelled my account of more than 10 years and refuses to tell me for what reason, give me anyone to call, or have anyone call me

To whom it may concern:

I have had an AOL account for more than 10 years.

Yesterday afternoon I was kicked off line.

In spite of multiple hours on the phone with them, I am unable to find anyone who will explain to me what I supposedly did to warrant this treatment.

I was hung up on once.
