Horriblw managment and poor customer service

The Eight west area within the Vacaville Oulets has got the toughest administration and also the lowest customer support! I don't suggest anyone to look there at-all! I attempted returing a set of sneakers bought off the settlement holder from the purchase 30 days preceding. The supervisor Vera charged me of sporting the sneakers, charged me of buying them from Ross and attempting to return there, she didn't believe I purchased them in the Folsom shops. She infact named the shop created me wait half an hour to verify the sneakers was purchased there. She embarrassed me in a shop with more than 40 cutomers. She hardly talked any language and hardly understood just how to run the computer. Don't store ninewest!
