Ripped Off $60, No contact, Box showed up EMPTY and LATE

On Dec 13, ordered 3 prints from the company. The website says they ship UPS. On the 22nd, I contacted them by email asking for tracking number. No reply. On the 24th, got home, had 2 tubes sitting on my door step, from USPS, with no lids, and a sticker saying "Received without contents" Inside I found an invoice, dated the 22nd, with postal markings saying it was shipped from them on the 22nd, saying that this box contained 2 of the 3 prints with one left on "back order" They didn't return ANY of my calls, I left PLENTY, didn't respond to ANY emails, I sent quite a few. I contacted Paypal since I payed with them but they can't do anything. Contacted IC3 with no response as of yet, I contacted the post office and they said only the sender can file claim because there was NO insurance on my package. I'm out $60 on gifts that was for Christmas.
