Nowadays 12/28/08 at 2:00PM after shoping at Vons Store in Huntington Beach CA, I, advised to cashier about my $27.00 gasoline card which was no longer working at ARCO Gas-Station after attempting for 3 times, the cashier asked the boss to check out the matter, he was a pleasant personn calling the amount to discover that which was incorrect, all the unexpected Mr. Long appear and described he's the Supervisor, and direct the boss to-do not follow-up the matter, he was really rude and stated this just how that it's and we cannot substitute the card.By telling him that, I, m a Vons client for over 20 years and also you need to be poloid for your cutomer, he described it's what it's of course if you've any protest simply spot it to Customer Services and I-do not worry about it.

I, was surprised because I, m a senoir citizen which youthful Supervisor didn't regard the folks.instant focus on this issue is needed by Vons, of course if Mr. Long isn't taken off this Shop I, won't store anymore from Vons and have all my freind and neighbors to do this.
