Report volition to new york attorney general if you have been ripped off

I have filed a report here about my experience. I also wrote the New York Attorney General. Volition replied, and it was only through that reply that I learned I had been tricked into signing up for some club, similar to another complaint on this site.

Fortunately, I canceled the credit card I had given them originally. I do not know how I got signed up for this club, but they have tried to charge $139.80 for something I did not knowingly order.

They blame everything on me, saying I didn't read their terms, but they have everything set up so that, unless you are very cautious, you will never even notice. They have implied that I am pirating their music, that I lie about not seeing their terms and that I am stupid for ordering from them in the first place.

My advice is not to buy anything from this company because they have hidden many tricks in their advertising. If you give them a credit card number, you may find yourself being charged for months for something you did not even know you ordered.

Also, everyone who has been ripped off by them should file a complaint with the New York Attorney General's office. Here is the place to start:

The Attorney General's office has started a file on them and are watching to see if there is a pattern of complaints.

These people need to be made honest.
