Collection Agency Pond Scum-Phone harassment and threats

This clown named "Charlie" (yeah, right) tries to act intimidating and legally knowledgable. He's neither. He talks with a heavy accent and vascilates between super nice guy and possesed maniac within seconds.

His tactic was to first act polite and request a payment for the perceived debt owed (with an unreal "pre-judgment" fee tacked on). When he realized that wasn't going to work, he started the threats to my business, credit, etc. Charlie said he'd have me "out of business" within a year. Next, he immediately called our phone system with hundreds of calls simultaneously. When we did answer the phone, he called my staff, "f* ing bitch", etc.

This is a class guy. It's no surprise that he never gives you his last name or physical address. Like I'm going to send these dipshits a check to only a PO Box (even if I did truly owe the money).

United legal Recovery Services has acted like nothing but a shake-down, extortion company. I told Charlie several times to just contact our attorney. Since they have only one true interest-COLLECTION FEE - they have no interest in our attorney.
