And sentry recovery and collections ripping off the general public ripoff

The allied collection services and sentry recovery and collection in las vegas, nv are owned by the same person. This company uses means of deciept and trickery to lure people into it's office and sign payment arrangements which is actually a legal document that is supposed to be prepared by an attorney but it is not. The document is prepared by the collection agency themselfs... But they charge you anywhere from 600.00 and above in attorney fees if you default on the agreement... (this is an argeement not prepared by an attorney) therefore there should be no attorney fees.
They also tell people that they must come into the office and sign up for payment arrangements but there is never any mention of this legal agreement until you get to their office. Then once you get there they give you a form to fill out asking you all kinds of personal information (work, bank info, ect) once you are done filling this out then they present you with a legal agreement and if you refuse to sign it they threaten to sue you not that they have all your personal information (judt like the old bait and switch)

My advise to anyone who has signed one of these legal agreements is to contact an attorney... And file a class action lawsuit, and if you haven't don't be lured in by them... Don't go down to their office and sign anything
