Unable to reach any one on phones via email, bogus shipping charges cosr almost equals item cost

I have been waiting on these items for some time, I have tried contacting them buy phone, this number was only available on the site when they wanted you to place an order, I have been unablke to find it since, there is not direct contact with any person or customer service via email, or by phone. The charges for shipping total are in excess of the purchase amount.

Although my invoice (printed from PC) say order complete, the 1 time I was able to reach thier web site, it indicated items back ordered, with no explaination as to when it would ship.

I have since then, been unable to reach the site at all.
