Failure to Perform - and WAY too much money just to mail out resumes

Their representative promised access to the "unadvertised job market" and guaranteed not only interviews, but offers of employment within two months. They seem to prey upon people who have lost their jobs due to downsizing, like myself. All they really did was compose a new resume and cover letter and do a "mass mailing" to "hundreds of employers". They did not tell me until afterwards that I had to follow up with all the employers with phone calls. I did do follow-ups but did not get one response, interview or offer of employment.

It seems now that you could get this type of service elsewhere for a couple hundred dollars and get the same results. I confess that I was very vulnerable at the time and fell for all their wonderful promises. Who wouldn't be willing to spend just $3500 for a guaranteed job making $100K? This company is predatory and needs to be stopped - a class action law suit is in order here. Please support me by responding with recommendations regarding this matter.
