Making charges on our bank account without our permission

We had contacted this company to set up a web page for us. As of this date they have not produced any web site but have deducted money from our bank account without our permission. The first time they withdrew money they did reimburse us but this time they are refusing to credit our account. The manager, corey prater was very rude to us yesterday and said he had a verbal contract with us to withdraw the money.
We are a small company and can not afford especially so close to christmas to have money stolen from us. Unfortunately we have learned a hard lesson, not to give anyone our credit card number. The salesman is not to blame he has tried to get our money back but the manager is not a nice person. Don't do business with this company!!!
