Mighty Leaf unfairly blames bad site layout and shopping cart software insects on client! I obtained a contact marketing of the purchase on Might Leaf's site. The marketing inspired me to check out their tea deals online. Along with the vacation purchase, these were providing free tea pockets using the purchase. Along with these special deals, these were also providing free delivery about the purchase. Along with the free delivery, free tea, along with a 20% discount, it seemed these were providing another Vacation unique: a totally free cup using the purchase. I chose to consider them on the free tea pockets, free delivery, 20% discount, and free cup with my purchase. I received my tea within the email in 2-3 weeks. Then I obtained another container the following week. I thought there is some glitch within their program. After I obtained a next container I then found out from my spouse our Charge Card was charged 3x. I named and was moved a few occasions till I had been subjected to to voicemail. Our Charge Card was again charged within the weekend. Nowadays I named questioning why I had been being delivered containers repeatedly. They stated I'd registered to get a reoccurring support after I requested my first item. Evidently, of all of the vacation deals (20% discount, free tea, free delivery, along with a free coffee cup), the coffee mug suggested that I had been becoming a member of a continuing support. It was not apparent in my experience when I would not voluntarily subscribe to 100 bags of tea each week. I never received any indicator within the conformation mail that my purchase was continuing. I told them I'd no concept, anytime, that I had been becoming a member of a continuing support of 6 containers of tea (15 pockets each) weekly. Why might I'd like that? I consume 1 mug each day not 12

Mighty Leaf includes a badly developed and cart site. Not just was the web site not clear, the buying experience was complicated in regards to what was a genuine vacation unique and that which was not, I never once obtained any indicator in virtually any mail that I'd registered for this continuing support! I'd simply no idea. To increase that, I attempted to stop an order and got A Mistake Page.

After I reported plus they attributed their site issues on me, they quit the deliveries. Nevertheless, they've not repaid my charge card and state they'll not till they obtain the item back. I'm pleased to provide them with the unopened containers back but don't wish to spend the delivery charges. They WOn't spend the delivery expenses and make no apology. Actually, supervisor Ananda Domingos requested if recognized what "continuing" intended! How insulting

By today, Great Leaf Tea has exceptionally priced me $161.01. I anticipate them to cover the delivery of the item back again to them-and pay my charge card.

I really hope as you are able to steer clear of the same issues I've had and conduct business otherwise ware. Do your company from the business that CARES!!
