I am trying to get a refund from the AZ Hair Co. For ruining my hair. I talked to the manager of the salon who referred me to the general manager of all of the AZ Hair Co.

This woman, Paula was so very rude to me. She didn't care to hear what my complaint was in fact she didn't care to listen to anything I had to say.

Every time I spoke she continued to interrupt me. When I asked her to stop interrupting my ever sentence and just let me explain my experience in her store she got very sarcastic with me.

It was like I was dealing with a teenager with a serious attitude problem not a woman with any sense of business or etiquette. With her immature behavior I shouldn't of been surprised when she hung up on me either.
