I was one of those people who was seeking assistance froma tax situation I created. I searched for an anwser to my most pressing problem and found it. The answer to my prayers, so I thought. JK Harris the lead in tax resolutions (so they said).

I set an appointment with one of thier agents was told they could help me for the low low prices of 1650 and they would complete my tax return for this coming tax season if I desired. I paid a 500 dollar down payment and paid an installment of 119 for several months. I was asked what service would I like them to perform. Like the add said I wanted my tax burden reduce or my payment lowered. I was told "that's what we do". I was contact by another person that told me they needed me to fill out a power of attorney before anything could be done. Once the power of attorney was completed a request will be made on my behalf.

Several months passed and I received a letter stating that my request had been denied. I spoke with my representative request that I be placed back into my original agreement. After another month I was told that I was denied again. At this time the IRS had garnished my 90% of my wages. I begged the IRS to reinstate my original payment agreement which they did.

I proceeded to request a refund which they approved upon signing a general release form. They said the process would take 90 - 120 days the refund would be only 800 of the 1650 I paid. I was told by one of thier employees that my release form was receiveded on July 2. Today is December 17 and when I call thier Review and Oversight Department I am told that they are in legal proceeding and they don't know when they can process my refund.
