Dishonest rip-off

I was told that i would like to go for sweepstakes. I ddint answer their call, so they kept on calling me till i finally answered their call. They told me i was eligible for sweepstaes. But when the letter came, it said that being an international student, i wasnt allowed for the sweepstakes. The fast-talking representative kept on bugging me and i finally gave in. On my credit card account, its billed in NYC. But on the origin, it says georgia. So just be aware of those losers.
